Primary

I just feel the need to express my gratitude for my Primary today. Nothing special happened today but they are awesome children and I LOVE being able to learn from them and serve them. We have a really large group-on an average Sunday it is about 70 kids or so. For those who don't know, Primary is part of church, it is the children's part. They meet together for 2 hours after we all meet together-so yes, 3 hours of church. The kid's ages range from 3-11 and we have a big bunch. It can be pretty tough and some Sundays we leave feeling exhausted and like we've been through the ringer but when they smile at you or give a big hug it makes it all worth it! It is a really neat experience and one that we learn a lot from. We just love these kiddos and hope they know it!

Wow! 70 kids!!! You should get some kind of metal of honor!! That is really awesome that you are able to serve that many young ones. I am sure it can be challenging and trying at times, especially with young ones of your own at home. The parents and kids are truly blessed to have you!!

Primary is so fun! This last Sunday I had a boy come up to me and give me a hug and he told me "You rock at the piano!" How sweet is that!! :) I love serving in the Primary!
