Washington DC Temple

We left a lot later this morning so that Maddie would do better this time on the trip. For those who don't know, Maddie has puked at least one time every time we have gone to the DC temple and it is never fun! Well, it turned out that a later start is what she needed, YEA! She was so good for the trip, there and back. We were so proud! While Mikey was in doing initiatories Maddie and I explored the grounds. She is now very independent, she doesn't need Mommy's hand to hold she can do it on her own! Well, when Mom does want her hand she buckles her knees in and attempt to get free and let me be honest, at this point in the pregnancy, she usually wins! We made it though and got a few cute pics on the way. Then Mom and Dad switched and she, of course, did great with Dad. We had a wonderful time and the weather worked out great, it was a perfect day all the way around!
