I have found this program, Paint.NET and I was experimenting today. Actually, I am trying to figure it out without reading everything on it...which is not working. However, I just had to post this picture and what I did with it with one click of the button...
You can find this program on the internet for free! It can do really neat things, I am sure, I just have to figure them out still! :)
