Just thought that I would give a quick update for journaling reasons and family.
Makinley headed to the ER last night, or this morning rather, at about 4:30. They admitted her and we will be sleepin' out in the hospital for the next few days, until she can get her oxygen levels up and her breathing under control. She is having a pretty tough time but is still being a trooper. We do ask for prayers please. The very latest update is that her fever suddenly spiked and they were still concerned with how quick and short her breathing is. They are calling in the Pediatric ICU Dr. to come check her out just to make sure they aren't missing anything.
We want to thank our family and friends for the prayers thus far, it more appreciated than you know. Thank you to Diane and Nate and Shelby and family for taking care of our other two sweet kiddos, the family away from family is amazing-we love you guys.
Another update will come tomorrow. Thank you again for all the love and support. The Lord hears prayers and His hand is in all things-no matter what.

Oh my! Definitely thinking of you. I'm so sorry. Please keep us updated. I did have a question - what symptoms was she having that made you concerned enough to take her to the ER?

Oh my goodness Shannon! I can only imagine the stress you and Mike are going through right now! I hope everything goes well and she is able to get better soon! Our thoughts and prayers will be with you!
