I started Weight Watchers today (WW)!
The weight with this pregnancy is just not coming off and I need something to help. So, I have started this to help me feel better about myself and get out of this slump that I am in. I got super frustrated when I was exercising 5-6 days a week, for about a month and saw no change. Then, we got sick and the exercising kept tapering off. It never got started back up because I was irritated from seeing no results and we have so much going on in our life right now that has been causing a bit of stress. So, I have signed up for 3 months and I am really excited about it! The exercise begins again tomorrow and I look forward to it...even without seeing results from it I do love to exercise-it gives such a great energy and calm to my day.

I just needed to post this so I am held accountable even more! Again, I am really excited. I, personally, don't look at WW as a diet, just a better way to make sure I am eating the things that I need to, that will help me get to where I can be comfortable in my own skin. This is a good thing!
And yes, I will be posting every now and again about my progress.

i know how you feel, i am still working on losing the weight from jaxson..i joined ww to i do it online, but i have had success with it, and my mother in laws have done it to and both lost weight.

Good luck!! I've been trying to figure out what I am going to do after I have my little guy. I want to get healthy. I don't do anything to exercise now just because I am sooo busy and tired all of the time. Hopefully, I'll be able to find the time to exercise after the wee one comes. I can't wait to hear your progress!
